Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, or a related field is required.
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in environmental risk management, environmental consulting, or related fields.
• Experience reviewing Phase I/II ESAs and environmental reports is required.

Aufgaben

• Environmental Due Diligence Review including Phase I/II ESAs and records review.
• Provide environmental risk guidance to underwriting, credit approval, and portfolio teams.
• Prepare environmental risk summaries for files, memoranda, and risk committees.
• Support development and enhancement of the bank's environmental risk framework and due diligence standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Provide training and guidance to lending teams on environmental screening and risk escalation.
