Responsibilities

• Defend clients in Proposition 65 matters and related enforcement actions
• Handle claims involving California Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, and False Advertising laws
• Participate in litigation concerning property contamination and environmental compliance
• Defend citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act
• Research and advise clients on environmental regulations and consumer product compliance requirements
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups
