You will defend Proposition 65 matters and related enforcement actions, handle various regulatory claims, and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.

The role emphasizes litigation and regulatory counseling, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 from home) and a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in environmental, consumer protection, or complex commercial litigation
• Admission to the California Bar (required)
• Experience with Proposition 65 litigation strongly preferred
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
