LaBella Associates is seeking a Junior Project Manager for our Remedial Construction team in Ballston Spa, NY. The role collaborates with environmental program managers, engineers, and other PMs to grow the environmental construction group in the Ballston Spa office.

Responsibilities include leading in a matrix organization, planning and executing work plans, managing risks, and supervising subcontractors. NY license, 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and 10-hour safety certs are assets; salary

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3–10+ years of project manager experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership in a matrix organization.
• Initiate, plan, execute, build a comprehensive work plan, control risks, scope, schedule and budget, and close out projects.
• Manage subcontractors on projects; serve as main client-subcontractor contact and monitor performance.
