Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Sponsorship will not be available at this time or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of escalation for project issues and makes recommendations to improve performance.
  • Drives monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and planning.
  • Monitors cash flow (Unbilled, Billed AR, and DSO) and drives working capital performance.
  • Maintains project delivery standards aligned with internal processes and QA.
  • Manages department data in Salesforce and outputs forecast reports.
  • Develops and implements project performance improvements.
  • Leads program reviews and drives faster adoption of digital tools.
  • Engages with leadership to manage risks and client satisfaction.
