Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Acts as a point of escalation for project issues and makes recommendations to improve performance.
Drives monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and planning.
Monitors cash flow (Unbilled, Billed AR, and DSO) and drives working capital performance.
Maintains project delivery standards aligned with internal processes and QA.
Manages department data in Salesforce and outputs forecast reports.
Develops and implements project performance improvements.
Leads program reviews and drives faster adoption of digital tools.
Engages with leadership to manage risks and client satisfaction.
