Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Lancaster, PA seeks a Supervisor Group Lead to provide technical and operational support to a designated group, overseeing scheduling, training, data review, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves leading analysts, managing workload to meet TAT targets, maintaining EH&S compliance, and collaborating with management on process improvements, while maintaining high quality data and productive team morale.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a laboratory environment and strong English communication skills.
• Experience working in a regulated lab setting is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data, manage priorities and meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize laboratory workload to meet client requirements.
• Lead internal projects and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to turnaround time targets.
• Train new analysts and develop staff in skills, equipment, and procedures.
• Manage staff schedules and approve time off in collaboration with management.
• Prepare department reports and track productivity.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and proper documentation of QC samples for accreditation.
• Contribute to SOP creation and process improvement initiatives.
