Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Supervisor Group Lead to provide technical and operational leadership within the environment testing lab. You will coordinate workloads, supervise analysts, train staff, and ensure timely delivery of data packages while maintaining QA standards.

The role is full-time, typically M-F, with potential overtime; strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and prior experience in environmental testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field; 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Knowledge of computer systems
• 4 years’ experience in a laboratory setting; leadership experience in routine procedures and instruments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize lab workload to meet client requirements.
• Train staff and supervise analysts; ensure QA compliance.
• Release samples and manage data packages; monitor QC samples.
• Prepare department reports and participate in safety inspections.
