Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Quality Manager to own the QMS and governance framework, reporting to the Director of Quality. You will maintain SOPs, document control, and lead enterprise audits across service lines.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in quality management, with experience in CAPA, risk, KPI reporting and regulatory alignment (EPA, ISO). Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, compliance, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience administering Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit programs.
• Knowledge of document control, SOP governance, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs across the organization.
• Develop and oversee audit programs, track findings and drive corrective actions.
• Manage CAPA processes and analyze trends for improvements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational controls and KPIs.
