Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Environmental Operations to lead environmental services on energy infrastructure projects in Colorado. You will manage permitting, compliance, and client relationships from pre-construction through project closeout.

The role requires 4–7 years in environmental project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with GIS and MS Office. Travel and multi-project oversight are expected in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, planning or related field required.
• 4–7 years of progressive environmental project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of permitting frameworks for energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the environmental PM face on projects, managing client relationships and ensuring timely communication.
• Oversee environmental scope, directing partners through permitting, compliance, and project closeout.
• Coordinate across engineering and construction to embed permits and compliance in schedule.
• Manage OpUs, teaming partners, and environmental consultants to meet standards and timelines.
• Track schedule, budget and risk; raise issues before they impact timelines or permits.
• Ensure QA/QC and deliverables meet regulatory and client requirements.
