Job summary

Quanta Services is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental services on energy infrastructure projects. You will own environmental scope, permits, and compliance, interfacing with field teams, clients, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, or closely related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in environmental project management, with preference for energy projects.
• Familiarity with environmental services processes including pre-construction permitting and construction compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of QISG environmental services on assigned projects, managing client relationships and proactive communication.
• Oversee environmental scope, permitting, and compliance across pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure permits, compliance, and schedule integration.
• Manage OpUs, teaming partners, and environmental consultants to meet scope and timelines.
• Maintain project environmental documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables.
