Job summary

Quanta Services is seeking an Environmental Project Manager (Env. PM) within the QISG to lead environmental services on assigned projects in Colorado.

The role interfaces with field teams, clients, and regulators, owning scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through closeout. Accountability includes managing permits, coordinating with OpUs and teaming partners, and driving project milestones while maintaining QA/QC and environmental compliance standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in environmental project management, preferably in energy infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of environmental services processes and permitting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Project-level client and stakeholder interface on assigned projects.
• Oversee environmental scope and manage pre-construction permitting, active construction compliance, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with OpUs and teaming partners for compliance and scheduling.
• Monitor budgets, schedule, and risks; escalate issues early.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory permit compliance across projects.
• Maintain complete environmental records and status reports.
