Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks an Environmental Project Manager to join our Pittsburgh HQ. You will lead Phase I/II assessments, supervise subsurface investigations, and support due diligence, benefiting from a hybrid schedule and a strong benefits package.

You’ll coordinate teams of engineers and scientists, manage budgets and schedules, and develop client relationships while advancing professionally. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including conducting Phase I and Phase II and Environmental Site Assessments.
• ASTM E1527-21 training a plus.
• Experience writing environmental site assessment reports and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Act 2 Program and Fill Policy a plus.
• Experience collecting environmental samples and preparing summaries.
• Ability to travel for work-related business.

Responsabilités

• Manage and perform project work for Phase I/II and due diligence projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians to deliver client objectives.
• Develop conceptual approaches, schedules, and budgets for environmental projects.
• Build client relationships and manage project scopes and deliverables.
• Cross-train for construction progress monitoring inspections as needed.
