Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of oil & gas remediation projects through full compliance lifecycle.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop project teams; coordinate field activities.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time work products for clients.
• Advance site readiness and compliance documentation; meet regulatory deadlines.
• Own project budgets, schedules, profitability, and cost control.
• Oversee field operations, invoicing, procurement, and vendor management.
• Serve as client contact, managing expectations and communication.
• Prepare and review technical reports, permits, and senior-level reviews.
• Maintain project data collection and database management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices; training.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Travel to offices/sites; occasional overnight travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
