Position/Description Summary

Location: Midwest - OK, KS, MO

This position is for EQM's Remediation & Construction (R&C) Division. The Environmental Project Manager (PM) will focus on executing new and existing projects, assisting with cost estimation and bidding on new contract opportunities. Our division specializes in environmental remediation projects (such as removal actions at residential properties, mine reclamations, and dredging) for federal clients including USEPA, USACE, and DoD (USN, USAF, & Army). The PM will be responsible for executing high-quality field work safely and cost-efficiently, reporting to Senior Project Managers and the Division Vice President.

Relevant Skills & Experience
  • Ability to execute field work, supervise craft personnel, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary subcontractors across the US
  • Minimum 3 years of remedial project experience and/or federal contracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Sciences, or related field preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel (CONUS) for long-term projects
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and annual refresher
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
  • US Army Corps of Engineers CQM certification preferred
  • First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens training
  • Experience with scheduling software and office applications
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, CAA, CWA) preferred
