Weston is seeking a Senior Project Manager that will lead complex environmental projects or programs for Industrial and Government clients. This position will engage stakeholders to build trust and align stakeholder expectations and relationships. The successful candidate will assist with business development, growth of existing accounts, client management, and internal team development. A qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of environmental regulations associated with projects in NH and the other New England states.

Location:

Remote; New Hampshire (preferred), or within the New England States

Expected Outcomes:

• Manage and grow environmental projects/programs, including multiple concurrent assignments with diverse scopes, multidisciplinary teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage project teams by clearly communicating expectations regarding requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and assign technical resources, encouraging their development and empowerment.
• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship.
• Set objectives and expectations for technical team members.
• Communicate openly with internal resources and client representatives.
• Manage and communicate project changes with clients and teams.
• Provide consistent leadership and project management.
• Manage quality and health & safety to achieve zero accidents and meet quality goals.
• Assist with client and business development, including proposal efforts, costing, and profitability.
• Understand and articulate project scope based on RFP or contract.
• Proactively identify issues and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
• Comply with Weston protocols, ethics, purchasing, and subcontracting requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering, geology, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in environmental assessment, investigations, consulting, and remediation.
• 5+ years of project management experience on environmental projects.
• 5+ years in business development and client account growth.
• Massachusetts LSP certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and regulatory interface skills.
• Ability to develop, negotiate, and lead regulatory strategies.
• Experience leading complex technical projects.
• Ability to foster relationships and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong scope, schedule, and budget management skills.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Professional Geologist (P.G.), LSP, or similar registration preferred.
• Experience with environmental projects and programs.

Salary Range: $96,500 - $128,900 - $161,000
