Weston is seeking a Senior Project Manager that will lead complex environmental projects or programs for industrial and government clients. This position will engage stakeholders to build trust and align stakeholder expectations and relationships. The successful candidate will assist with business development, growth of existing accounts, client/account management, and internal team development. A qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of environmental regulations associated with projects located in NH, as well as in the other New England states.

Remote; New Hampshire (preferred), or within the New England States

Expected Outcomes:

• Manage and grow environmental projects/programs that may include multiple ongoing assignments with diverse scopes, multi-disciplinary teams, and multiple subcontractors.
• Manage project teams by clearly communicating expectations for project requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and assign technical resources on projects and encourage their development and empowerment.
• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship for the team.
• Set common objectives and expectations for technical team members.
• Communicate openly and freely with internal resources and client representatives.
• Manage and communicate project changes with the client and the project team.
• Provide consistent team leadership and project management.
• Manage quality and health & safety to achieve zero accidents and ensure quality goals are met.
• Assist with client/account management, business development, and proposal efforts, including costing and profitability solutions.
• Understand and articulate project scope based on RFP and/or contract.
• Proactively identify project issues and develop options for corrective action.
• Ensure timely and accurate submittal of invoices and payments.
• Comply with Weston operating protocols, business ethics, purchasing, and subcontracting requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, geology, or a related environmental degree from an accredited university.
• Ten or more years of professional experience in environmental assessment, investigations, consulting, and remediation.
• Five or more years of project management experience in environmental consulting projects.
• Five or more years in business development and growing client accounts.
• Massachusetts LSP certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and ability to interface with regulatory agencies.
• Ability to develop, negotiate, and lead regulatory and closure strategies.
• Ability to lead project teams with complex technical scope.
• Ability to foster relationships and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Professional Geologist (P.G.), LSP, or similar registration (preferred).
• Experience with environmental projects and programs.

Salary Range: $96,500 - $128,900 - $161,000
