Environmental Project Manager - Marlborough, MA

KOMAN Government Solutions is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager to support our Northeastern US operations from our headquarters in Marlborough, MA. The Project Manager will oversee environmental investigation, remediation, operations & maintenance (O&M), and long-term management (LTM) projects for Federal clients.

The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of environmental remediation systems such as air sparging, soil vapor extraction, in situ injections (chemical and biological), groundwater pump and treat (carbon and ion exchange), soil removal/capping, and landfill cap maintenance. They should have a proven track record of managing environmental projects for Federal clients, be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, resourceful, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. The Project Manager will also lead staff, ensuring effective and challenging work environments.

  • Competitive salary between $100k-$130k.
  • Benefits commence the first month after hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Professional registration (PE or PG) preferred or ability to obtain.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, including project management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to various client sites.
  • Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training and 8-hour refresher.
