Job Description
Job Scope:
- OpenExchange is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing organization. In this role, you will support Project Managers (PM) in coordinating and delivering OpenExchange's conference services worldwide.
- The role begins with training and responsibilities as a Video Specialist 2 (VS2). Mastering VS2 skills is essential for understanding OpenExchange services and processes.
- This position is remote and part-time, with some travel possible depending on events.
- It offers a unique opportunity to support global Video Conference operations within a virtual, start-up environment that is rapidly expanding its client base.
- There is potential for growth into other areas such as Delivery and Human Resources, possibly leading to full-time roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with event delivery, including:
- Staffing Video Specialists for events
- Organizing kickoff calls
- Communicating key event points
- Preparing 'Cheat Sheets' for conference days
- Coordinating with clients before and during events
- Leading internal teams for successful execution
- Creating backup connections upon request
- Monitor Helpscout for client event requests and coordinate coverage.
- Accurately enter and build event details in Salesforce and Central for project handover.
- Prepare post-conference analytic reports for clients.
- Fulfill duties as a Video Specialist and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
- Ability to build trust and deliver excellent service
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, fast-paced environment
