Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to Environmental Consulting

• Professional license not required for this position but helpful for career progression
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiaries

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on environmental consulting projects
• Attend project meetings and resolve technical/administrative issues
• Develop relationships with clients through project interactions
• Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Assist with project budget management and change orders
• Prepare invoices and support collections
• Schedule, train, and supervise environmental technicians and staff
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload
• Develop project management skills through tasks
• Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates
• Prepare environmental reports and perform technical analyses
• Coordinate field and office activities for project execution
• Support project setup, implementation, and closeout
• Perform site visits including groundwater, soil, and media sampling
• Supervise drill crews and assist investigations under supervision
• Document site observations and prepare field reports
• Identify changing site conditions and adjust investigations
• Assist with remediation system installation and maintenance
• Support underground storage tank assessments
