Job summary

You will direct project management, technical direction, and quality assurance, coordinating with clients and agencies to meet schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and contracts, guiding field investigations, and mentoring staff while staying current with NEPA and permitting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional environmental science experience.
• Experience with wetlands delineations and permitting (CWA 404, 401) preferred.
• NEPA documentation experience preferred.
• FHWA NEPA certification within one year.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with ArcView/ArcMap preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project management with client coordination.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and contracts; manage budgets and schedules.
• Direct environmental analyses, QA, and documentation.
• Coordinate with agencies and sub-consultants; present at meetings.
• Mentor staff and stay current with environmental policies.
• Oversee NEPA documentation and wetland delineation.
