Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Services Group (QISG) in Kentucky seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental execution on energy infrastructure projects, interfacing with clients, regulators and teaming partners.

You will manage routing, siting, NEPA/CEQA/permitting, and schedule and budget, while maintaining project records and ensuring compliance. This role reports to Environmental Services PMO and requires strong communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 4–7 years in environmental project management for energy projects.
• Knowledge of NEPA, CWA, ESA, NHPA and permits.
• Strong cross-discipline coordination and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of QISG environmental services on projects and manage client relationships.
• Oversee environmental scope, directing partners through routing, surveys, permitting and pre-construction work.
• Coordinate with GIS, land rights, engineering and construction to embed environmental requirements in schedules.
• Manage OpUs and partners, monitor performance, and escalate risks to protect schedule and compliance.
• Maintain project environmental records, permit trackers, and compliance files.
