Job summary

WSB is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction, providing oversight and coordination with clients and agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering, an EIT, and 6+ years in design and construction oversight. PE licensure is preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and travel to project sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• EIT license required; PE license preferred.
• 6+ years of design and construction oversight experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Lead CERCLA or brownfield investigation and remediation projects.
• Oversee design development including plans, drawings, reports, and permitting.
• Ensure quality and technical excellence across project deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
