Join SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson and Southeast Environmental as a Project Manager, overseeing asbestos abatement and environmental remediation projects. You’ll lead a team, coordinate field activities, and ensure compliant, profitable execution with strong client communication.

You will oversee planning, estimates, subcontractor management, and regulatory adherence (EPA, OSHA, state/local). A proactive, organized communicator with problem-solving skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Direct experience with project management in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation.
• Direct supervisory/managerial experience.
• Tennessee Asbestos Supervisor Certification (Active).
• Tennessee Asbestos Inspector Certification (Active).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• Background check, drug screen, and clean driving record required by law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction site walks and inspections for ACM hazard profiling.
• Assist with estimates and formal proposals based on field measurements and reports.
• Direct abatement crews and subcontractors; ensure proper certifications and training.
• Procure equipment, PPE, and materials for containment and safe removal.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, facility managers, and insurers; manage progress and change orders.
