Job summary

SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson in Tennessee seeks a Project Manager for Southeast Environmental to oversee asbestos abatement and environmental remediation projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable execution from start to finish.

You will lead site walks, support estimates, supervise abatement crews and subcontractors, coordinate with property owners and insurers, and ensure timely delivery while meeting EPA/OSHA and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Direct project management experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
• Active Tennessee Asbestos Supervisor Certification and Inspector Certification.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction site walks and inspections for ACM and hazard profiles.
• Assist with accurate, competitive estimates and proposals from field data.
• Direct abatement crews and subcontractors; ensure certifications and training are current.
• Procure equipment, PPE, and materials for containment and safe removal.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, managers, and insurers with progress updates and change orders.
