You will lead crews, manage customer relationships, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong asbestos abatement and environmental remediation experience.
• Experience in estimating, project scheduling, customer management, and oversight.
• Ability to lead crews, train staff, and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day asbestos abatement and environmental remediation operations.
• Lead technicians and field crews, including training and performance management.
• Develop remediation plans, project schedules, manpower plans, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/federal/state/local regulations and safety.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
