Job summary

Eikon Planning and Design, LLC in Hackettstown, NJ seeks a full-time Environmental Project Manager to lead a variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects, coordinating field teams and client communication.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and 5+ years of experience, strong field oversight and report writing skills; OSHA HAZWOPER certification and GIS mapping knowledge are a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing field activities (drilling, excavation, injections) and multi-media contracting.
• Experience with written communication and technical reporting.

Job description

Full-time Environmental Project Manager position available; successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of environmental investigation and remediationprojects.

Requirements:

BS degree in a related discipline (e.g., geology, civil or environmental engineering, environmental science, or the like) and five (5)+ years relevant environmental field and office experience required.Must possess excellent field oversight and decision-making skills relating to various multi-media contracting and sampling activities (drilling, excavation, injection, etc.).Also need associated written communication and technical report writing skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.Current certifications for 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER, confined space entry and/or experience with GIS mapping a plus.Lead and asbestos certifications also a plus.Working knowledge of the NJDEP Technical Regulations required.
