As a Environmental Project Manager supporting our growing team in Middletown, CT, your expertise will directly contribute to site development and remediation projects that improve the community\'s environmental health and resiliency. You will work on complex projects including site assessment and remediation, wetland & stormwater design, landfill engineering & closures, and environmental due diligence. As a prominent member of the team, you will also play a key role in mentoring and fostering the professional development of emerging talent.
A successful Project Manager in this role will demonstrate the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and drive complex projects, from initiation to completion, with clarity and purpose. They will possess strong analytical and technical skills and have a track record of producing high-quality deliverables. They will embrace coaching, knowledge sharing, diverse perspectives, and foster a workplace where people thrive and ideas flourish.

The compensation range starts at $85,000 annually and may increase based on experience and licensure.
