Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience in environmental consulting or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field preferred.
• Obtain and/or maintain licensure or certifications applicable to the work performed or managed.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiaries.
• Strong project management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and oversees dewatering and remedial systems for groundwater and surface water.
• Conducts hydrogeologic and fate and transport evaluations.
• Supports pilot tests, treatability studies, and system startups.
• Performs installation and commissioning of treatment systems.
• Maintains client communication and develops client relationships.
• Prepares proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates project resources.
• Reviews data and interprets analytical water quality data.
