Job summary

SCS Engineers is seeking an independent, detail-oriented Project Professional to support its Reston, VA office. The role covers diverse solid waste projects, including operations, maintenance, air emissions, reporting, permitting, and design through all construction phases.

You will review data, write reports, and oversee construction activities for private and municipal clients. Responsibilities include landfill gas modelling, air emissions monitoring, data review, feasibility studies, samples

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Environmental Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant environmental experience.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with permitting and design (all phases, including construction plans and specifications).
• Support data review and analysis, reporting, and construction oversight.
• Contribute to landfill gas modelling and design and air emissions monitoring.
