Job summary

Compleat Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinator to support remediation and abatement projects, ensuring safety, professionalism, and service excellence. This role links operations and compliance, keeping projects scheduled, documented, and on budget while meeting all regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate field crews, liaise between project managers, clients and staff, monitor quality and budgets, and help implement new SOPs and software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the environmental or restoration industry preferred.
• Asbestos and mold certifications preferred; training provided to the right candidate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills, including professionally managing customer feedback and online/Google reviews.
• Ability to maintain consistent, timely follow-up with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and direct daily crews and field personnel to keep projects moving.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the Project Manager, field staff, management, and clients.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure jobs meet safety, regulatory, and project specifications.
• Track job profitability, budgets, resource allocation, contracts, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate job records, contracts, CRM entries, and ensure complete documentation for every job.
• Help document standard operating procedures and support new software/process implementation.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and condition.
• Track employee training/certifications and confirm accurate time card entries.
