Job summary

Compleat Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage field operations, scheduling, and compliance across remediation and abatement projects. The role supports operations and compliance, ensuring projects stay on budget and safely documented.

The position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and service excellence, with responsibilities spanning client liaison, quality checks, and records management. Candidates with office experience in environmental work are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the environmental or restoration industry preferred.
  • Asbestos and mold certifications preferred; training provided to the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills, including professionally managing customer feedback and online/Google reviews.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and direct daily field crews and field personnel to keep projects moving.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Project Manager, field staff, management, and clients.
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure jobs meet safety, regulatory, and project specifications.
  • Track job profitability, budgets, resource allocation, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate job records, contracts, CRM entries, and ensure complete documentation for every job.
  • Help document standard operating procedures and support new software/process implementation.
  • Monitor vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and condition.
  • Track employee training/certifications and confirm accurate time card entries.

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator is a key role in all remediation and abatement projects and fosters a culture of safety, professionalism, and service excellence. This position supports both the operations and compliance functions of Compleat Environmental, and is responsible for keeping projects scheduled, documented, and on budget while ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
