Reporting to the Project Controls Manager within the PMO, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and interested in building a career in project controls, project management, or financial analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0–2 years of experience in project controls, planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in finance or project controls is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting and tracking project expenditures against budgets.
• Support forecasting of costs and funding requirements.
• Prepare project performance reports and dashboards.
• Maintain change logs and project documentation.
• Support invoicing and project records.
