Job summary

PACCAR Technical Center, located in the Skagit Valley north of Seattle, seeks an Environmental Program Manager to coordinate environmental programs, EMS governance, and regulatory compliance. The role spans leadership, strategy, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple functions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage permits and reporting, and drive sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate environmental affairs and ISO 14001 requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 14001 audits and certification activities.
• 7+ years leading environmental programs, projects, or management systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong organizational, regulatory interpretation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site leader for environmental programs, regulatory relationships, compliance risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop program roadmaps, operating plans, milestones, metrics, and leadership reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prepare for regulatory and operational requirements.
• Administer and continuously improve the site ISO 14001 EMS and documentation.
• Lead audits, certifications, performance reporting, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental compliance, permits, inspections, and reporting.
