Job summary

PACCAR Technical Center in the Skagit Valley, about 65 miles north of Seattle, is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to lead a team delivering vehicle programs and related controls. Responsibilities include creating program schedules, tracking budgets, and driving continuous improvement across multiple functions.

The role requires a strong background in program management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 10% and a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Leadership, Program Management and/or Operations Management.
• Experience managing people and leading a team.
• Effective cross-functional communication across organizational levels.
• Strong background in project management and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Program Managers through the delivery of vehicle programs.
• Create, track, and communicate program schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Assess Resources across the facility to support requested work.
• Develop new processes, standards, and tools related to program management activities.
• Mentor and train others in the use of new processes, standards, and tools.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to project and program management and project accounting for expense and capital projects.
• Develop reporting and metrics.
• Develop program and process management strategies to support division partners and colleagues.
