Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an Emissions Compliance Certification Manager to lead the emissions certification program across engine and vehicle programs. You will oversee EPA and CARB certification activities, coordinate plans, and drive documentation with the PACCAR Technical Center and DAF teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of current diesel engine and vehicle emission regulations.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage PACCAR engine, powertrain and vehicle certification with EPA and CARB.
• Coordinate documentation and interpretations of regulatory requirements in certification plans.
• Lead staff with DAF Homologation, Product Development, and PACCAR Technical Center for certification and running change docs.
• Manage and track MY changeover effectivity dates and conduct audits.
• Support GHG certification and reporting with EPA, CARB, ECCC, and NHTSA across powertrains and vehicles.
• Represent PACCAR in meetings with EPA, CARB, NHTSA, ECCC; prepare quarterly Credit Reserve Board materials.
• Lead certifications-related presentations and maintain emissions regulations knowledge base.
• Educate stakeholders and assist in development of compliant business systems.
