Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Leadership, Program Management and/or Operations Management.
• Experience leading people and performance.
• Strong cross-functional communication across leadership levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers delivering vehicle programs.
• Create, track, and communicate program schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Develop reporting and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
