The position involves directing MGP/remediation initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring safe, compliant operations in a dynamic energy company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science or related field.
• 7-10 years of environmental program and project experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory issues.
• Ability to negotiate, build consensus and lead change.
• 8+ years environmental program experience including 3 years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Develop & direct complex MGP/superfund site remediation program with budget, schedule and contractor management.
• Ensure Environmental Management System effectiveness; partner with Operations to reduce environmental risks.
• Manage Department budget and develop program plans to drive efficiency and performance.
• Lead and coach the Compliance and MGP/Remediation team in a high-performance culture.
