Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. seeks an Environmental Practice Leader – Transportation & Natural Resources to join our team in the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio region. The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership to expand PRIME AE’s environmental capabilities on transportation and infrastructure projects.

You will manage projects, lead NEPA-related efforts, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor staff while developing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive environmental consulting or transportation environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA and environmental permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental services on transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor staff and help grow PRIME AE's environmental practice.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
