Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the environmental practice with strategic direction, business development, and talent development.
• Oversee department budget, staffing, project delivery, and client satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
