Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of experience managing environmental projects in Southern California.
Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities, county, regional and state agencies.
Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
Strong background and experience in CEQA/NEPA.
Experience leading, mentoring and managing staff.

Responsibilities
