Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
15+ years of experience managing environmental projects in Southern California.
Established client contacts with local municipalities and agencies.
Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
Strong CEQA/NEPA background.
Experience leading and mentoring staff.
Ability to cross-sell multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Create vision for growth of the environmental planning practice in Temecula and surrounding communities.
Lead business development, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.
Drive project leadership across environmental planning initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, counties, and state agencies.
