Terracon in Columbus, OH is looking for a Group Manager - Environmental Planning Services to lead a high-performing team delivering wetland delineations, CWA 404/401 permitting, and NEPA documentation. You will drive projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and top-quality outcomes.

You will mentor staff, oversee safety and quality, support business development, and nurture client relationships across OH/IN/MI/WV with a focus on risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience with NEPA, wetland delineation, and CWA 404/401 permitting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee proposals and cost estimates.
• Lead and develop staff; manage staffing plans and onboarding.
• Drive annual business plans for the specialty group.
