Qualifications

Knowledge of NEPA, ESA, Clean Water Act and related environmental laws and permits.
Ability to prepare environmental compliance documents and reports.
Familiarity with environmental impact statements and regulatory coordination.

Responsibilities

Conduct environmental research and collect data for SNWA/District projects.
Draft development plans and submittal documents (permits, rights-of-way).
Coordinate with federal/state agencies and external utilities during document development.
Monitor compliance requirements and assist in field monitoring for species and habitat.
Prepare sections of technical reports and assist in environmental impact statements.
