Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental planning or similar role.
• NEPA and HRS 343 experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Support environmental permitting processes and project workflows.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive environmental documents and technical reports.
• Review site plans and conduct field visits to assess environmental conditions.
• Analyze technical information and communicate findings to project teams.
