• Proven ability to manage complex project priorities, schedules, documentation, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of environmental permit applications (federal, state, local).
• Develop permitting strategies, schedules, agency outreach plans, and risk management.
• Coordinate consultants for environmental studies and application materials.
• Manage agency comments, information requests, and approval tracking.
• Mentor junior analysts on permitting procedures and project delivery.
• Report permitting status, risks, and schedule impacts to project leadership.
