Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, planning, natural resources, or a related discipline.
• Typically 4–8 years of permitting or project development experience.
• Experience with state and federal air permitting, NSR/Title V, and regulatory coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting and land-use entitlement for energy facilities across local, state, and federal jurisdictions within MISO, SPP and ERCOT.
• Develop and execute permitting strategies, budgets, and schedules coordinating with engineering and vendors.
• Coordinate with authorities, conduct pre-application meetings, and manage public-comment processes and permit negotiations.
• Mentor analysts and permitting team members.
