WSP USA is seeking an Environmental Permitting Project Manager to support our Natural Resources and Environmental Planning practice across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. You will lead permitting strategies, regulatory coordination, and environmental planning for energy, oil & gas, utilities, transportation and infrastructure projects.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, coordinating with agencies such as USACE, USFWS, NOAA and EPA, and developing scopes, schedules and budgets to deliver

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Environmental Planning, Ecology, Geography, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead permitting strategies and regulatory coordination for projects.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and environmental assessments.
• Manage multidisciplinary project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with agencies (USACE, USFWS, NOAA, EPA).Mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Develop project scopes, deliverables, and client communication.
