Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Project Geologist, Engineer, or Scientist to join our environmental compliance team in Southern California. You will manage permitting, compliance evaluations, site investigations, and remediation programs for diverse clients across the U.S.

Role emphasizes leadership of a multidisciplinary team, client coordination, and development of regulatory strategies, with opportunities to expand industry expertise within a renowned practice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of environmental consulting with strong compliance & remediation background.
• Professional certification preferred (PG, PE, QISP, CHMM).
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification.

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage complex environmental projects with senior technical review.
• Develop environmental permitting strategies for industrial & construction projects.
• Prepare and submit permits and compliance programs across air, wastewater, stormwater, and waste.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for notices, violations, and permit requirements.
• Lead environmental due diligence, ESAs, and remediation planning.
• Oversee site investigations including soil, groundwater, sediment, and indoor air sampling.
