• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years in environmental consulting or related services.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting or related services.
• 5+ years of management experience with personnel and financials.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations of Orlando office service lines.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning with HR and service line managers.
• Lead client relationships and project pipeline to support growth.
