Enbridge is seeking a Supervisor Environment Operations to lead a team of Environment Advisors across the U.S. Gas Distribution and Storage system, combining environmental expertise with people leadership to promote compliance, manage risk, and resolve complex issues.

You will direct development and delivery of environmental programs that support operational requirements and business objectives, while guiding rapid response for leaks, spills, and other events with potential environmental impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental work experience in pipeline, industrial, or upstream oil and gas.
• Experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Environment Advisors to ensure environmental work is completed efficiently.
• Oversee environmental support for operations including compliance, waste handling, and water management.
• Develop and deliver environmental programs aligned with business objectives.
• Guide environmental response activities for leaks, spills, and other events.
• Support site remediation and closure activities for programs valued $2 million to $5 million.
• Promote awareness, monitor trends, and drive best practices.
